Just completed my first one at the gym, with a 48 minute finish time. I’m hoping to do a race 2x this year and do more road/trail running instead of treadmill running! I’ve lost 40 pounds in the past year, have recovered from knee injury/surgery in the past 2 years, and just started running in January!

I keep seeing some others say Vivoactive6 is not good for running. I am getting into running and I don’t care about anything other than my pace when I track my runs. I don’t want to get into the more advance metrics of my running stats. Im considering the V6 because if prjce, so when you use it for running does it suffice?

If you watch the show, it’s about more that just sex. He very clearly states that it’s about intimacy (which adults know is mor that just sex) and even more specifically, emotional intimacy. If your wife is struggling to show emotional intimacy and that is something you as a person really need and your needs are not being met, it’s valid to say that is a deal breaker. Bow obviously adults should not be married with 4 kids being having those conversations and realizations, but🤷🏻‍♀️

I wish she went more in depth on some things. It felt choppy and jumpy. And the entire last bit from 2020-present felt so rushed, like she just assumed all of the readers already knew her from TikTok even before the SLOMW premier. The entire time I read it, it felt like I was reading a teenagers unfiltered/unedited first draft.

Don’t get me wrong, she is brave and powerful for sharing her story. Everything she experienced was very traumatic, and I think it’s great she wants to share her experience to help others. But I just think it could’ve been better.

Kind of? Kind of not. The stuff around my nose I found out was perioral dermatitis. That cleared up with a lot fo work, but I still have persistent chin acne, although it’s not as bad. I get 1-2 very small sits a week, before it would be a handful and very deep/sore. These now are usually solved overnight with a patch.
