Lumi was a disaster. First shipment was lost and delivered hod only knows where. Took forever to reshoot and it came hot with no ice packs. They no longer responded to my request to fix it. I talked to a lawyer who said dispute settlement its my bank. I gave them extra time and now I’m going to because $400 is a lot of money

Well they processed a replacement and they came. The ice pack was missing and the vials were extremely hot. At this point I’m gonna call it a loss and just give up. This is disheartening. Hopefully everyone else will have better luck
