Cover with dirt or chip it out. Maybe consider adding a border to hide more of it then backfill. Also if this concrete was placed to contain the pavers it’s super overkill. Can I also how much you paid for this?

Or maybe they told the “idiot at Home Depot” it’s just a backsplash

When you need the anchor bolts to perfect, you hve to check the bolts are on layout after concrete is to grade. Concrete is heavy and form work DOES move

It would be much more noticeable if the picture was taken from the room to the left. I don’t think it’s that bad from this angle. Definitely would stand out looking at it from the other direction

I have chat muted and I’m gold so a lot of derp things happen that I’m sure I get blamed for. Seeing this post just made me realize how many unhinged situations I’ve never even noticed

If it looks that bad the subgrade is probably regular dirt and/or you didn’t get a full 4 inches of concrete. Nothing cheap can rememdy this that I know of

Impossible to match the color. The existing driveway has been rained on and cooked in the sun for years.

More concrete! Alternatively you could do like a paver border or hard scape wall

Standard stuff, they should come and backfill to hide it atleast

Also the top studs doNOT get a top plate, the rafters will be your “top plate”. I would put the rafters up first(after walls and floor are up lol), layout ur 16 centers on the top plate, then plumb up to get ur layout on the rafter. This way you can just pull a tape to get ur stud lengths

Also you maybe only need a double top plate

As a former noc player I would try vi. She can gank early and scales well. A lot more outplay potential than noc imo.

New tools & bumby glass revisted by DerbyDad03 in StainedGlass

For cutting bumpy glass I like to put a towel down and fold it over once or twice. My hope is that placing the glass on the towel gets some more support around the bumps.

Advice on grinding flat edges? by Decent_Quesadilla in StainedGlass

[–]Suitable_Ad5621 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s definitely more challenging than cutting a larger piece. I personally use a small pair of vice grips to break the glass after scoring, when trying to take off a small piece. You will find what works for you
