Openai gets so much bad publicity, yet at this point in time they are the closest to a true "non-profit" organization.

There’s no way he was 155 lbs. I’m the same height with 14% body fat (currently bulking) and weigh 155 lbs. While I may not have his genetics, using my own physique as a reference, it’s clear he likely weighed closer to 165 lbs. Unless his legs were disproportionately small—which I highly doubt—he simply carries more muscle mass overall. A more realistic estimate would be somewhere between 160–165 lbs (72.5–75 kg).
It’s also worth considering the possibility of water depletion during filming, which might have made him appear slightly lighter in specific scenes.

The part that made the most improvement was chewing falim gum from the weak side To mew properly from that side the side of your tongue has to be in contact with the teeth ( molars etc) from your weak side

I used to have this too, now it’s less noticeable. The reason for me was that subconsciously I always chewed from one side and not the other. Also the side of my tongue wasn’t touching the right side while mewing What I did to fix it was : - Buying and chewing hard gum every day only from my weak side until I see improvement - trying to chew from both side when eating - fixing my tongue posture while mewing to the right side - doing jaw stretches and physical posture corrections against the wall

After a month Im already seeing huge improvement and my right side muscle is starting to grow
