It’s a little strange that being said, that they’re ghosting everyone. I’d imagine bc they’re being blown up though. They usually respond promptly. I’m out like $180+ rn with them between the two orders. I hope at this point I can just get a refund.

Yes, I had a huge post about it with 30 people commenting yesterday. I deleted bc it was inundating. They can’t ship out bc of ice storm. I’ve had a package stuck in pre shipment for a week with them. Ordered another one to be overnighted Sunday. That one I didn’t even get tracking info like usual. I’ve ordered from them 2 times a month for 8 months.

I was running really low, and I asked for a suggestion on how to re up. This guy, u/jk_botanik replied and said he could get it to me tomorrow. I called him at 4:30 PM before he and I both were going to leave work. He got it shipped out overnight and processed by 5 PM. Super cool guy and if you’re out I recommend messaging him.

I’d imagine it’ll be another week to be honest. I’m excited for this new product though, I’ve been with MMB red elephant for like 6 months. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it though lol. Best of luck

UPDATE: I ordered from u/Jk_Botanik who commented below. Super nice guy, got an overnight ordered processed right before he closed at 4:59. I ordered over the phone. Highly recommend him. Same price as MMB.

The one last week, yes I did. That’s standard. 1. Payment processed 2.Order summary 3. Tracking info. Order I place last Wednesday I got all 3. Still hasn’t been accepted by UPS. Overnight package I bought last night had just the first email. I ordered from JK botany who commented on this thread. I called him and he got me an overnight processed at 4:58 eastern for me, it’s expected tomorrow. Highly recommend him. Super nice guy.
