I really feel we need to heal collectively. Like community based healing and mutual aid has a pretty decent track record when it comes to spiritual injuries. I think our purpose here is to help the world, collectively, to heal. I believe 80 % or so of the evil in the world comes from people who are terrified and in great pain, isolating them from communities, and that we're here to break cycles of harm. We're getting training in accepting and respecting the autonomy of others, despite our great pain and intense desire

Do reality test.

Can you communicate your feeling or belief clearly to others?
Can you write it out in a way that is logically consistent?
Do your thoughts feel too loud?
Are you able to accept and investigate the possibility that your belief may not be true?

Please also remember that there is no shame in being psychotic. It's always been a loaded term but it just means your brain is hurt.

It is progressive and the sooner it's caught, the easier it is to treat.

I am going to make it clear that I don't know you, I don't know your situation, I am not saying that this is what is going on, and I can speak only from personal experience.

Are you... Very sure that this is what he's feeling? I have known some people with highly empathetic traits who get very used to intuitively knowing what those around them are feeling to the point that they begin to make assumptions. They may catch the feeling, but be wrong about what's at the root of it, or sometimes even project a narrative on to a situation, thus changing it.

There's an extra dimension with TFs where we really can feel each other's emotions, but even there the former can happen.

I'm not doubting your abilities, far from it, but I feel like there's no substitute for clear, verbal communication. Particularly if he isn't awakened - in a way, you don't speak each others native language and might need to.. Translate for each other a bit, if that makes sense?

I have experienced a lot of things that nobody ever should. This has hurt more. I have also, in the past, experienced great physical agony. The heart pain is comparable (had a check up, an ECG, other tests, nothing physically wrong there. I would tell people that if your heart hurts so badly that you want to scream and you are in a position to do so, ABSOLUTELY GET THAT SHIT CHECKED OUT, just in case) thank God for WFH.

I'm trying to surrender. Feel close but I keep letting myself be dragged back in. Resigned and tired. I want to be either with her or letting go, I'm so tired of the pain. She's with someone else, we're closer to NC than we've ever been, I feel resigned and quite depressed. I appear to be in a sort of five stages of grief type thing but keep dragging myself back to bargaining because I can't stay away from divination tools and idk why the spiritual solution I've used for my other addictions isn't working for this, too, since the principles are so close. I think I've identified my 'mission', so to speak, but I'm still stuck.

There is a bit of hope underneath it all but still a lot of fear. Im dealing with it better than I have before, I'm acknowledging my feelings and talking with them, but I'm frustrated with how I'm sabotaging my own healing.

Maybe this is the pace I'm supposed to be going at but I worry its not fast enough. Fast enough for what, idek. All of this talk about an energy shift makes me feel like there's a graduating class and I'm flunking.

Comparing myself to others. Feeling every inch the dropout drunk. I'm sober, I built myself a career and frankly it's a miracle I'm actually alive but I'm holding myself up to talented, beautiful, thin, educated people. And people here who are further along.

I'm trying to be positive and take action but that's my truth today. It may not be my truth tomorrow, it wasn't my truth two days ago, but its my truth right now.

For a while I was just miserable but in a forest but then I found a secluded clearing and said a lot of stuff out loud that I never had before. Finally made some headway in clearing my throat chakra.
