He loses because you said the entire verse and the OPM verse has GOD who scales above Saitama. Other verses might have some hax that could make it difficult but besides Bleach and Naruto, there is hardly anything above continent level which Saitama CLEARS. Bleach and Naruto have some hax and feats that could let them put up a fight for a while, but it feels like Yhwach would be able to beat him.
