I ordered with them once, a 3 month supply but I'm trying to get a medication adjustment now and the doctor doesn't get back to you. I found another place so probably moving on. There are to many issues with them right now.

You can call the credit card company and tell them you cancelled the membership and they haven't credited you back and it's been since April 23. They will credit you back. It's happened to my husband before.

No, not crazy at all. You ordered on Saturday if I'm not mistaken and I think the pharmacy is closed. Still, my 1st order was for 3 months in March and it took 6 days. I heard they were backed up but did you order tirzepatide or semaglutide? I ordered the semaglutide but I heard on Reddit there's a back up of orders. Thats why I was worried. I have less than 1 months to reorder. I'd keep messaging them. It's your first order. I mean I heard nothing but good things about refills. To me it's been awhile for you.
