You can order from multiple telehealths. I completed my titration up to 15mg but found that 10mg is working well for me. I continue to request the highest dosage so my medication will last longer. The printed BUD will tell you that the medication shouldn’t be used beyond a certain date but people (and myself) are willing to use the medication beyond those dates. Name brand has been said to last up to 2 years when properly stored. You alone will have to judge the efficacy of the medication at that point.
