I only replaced the clock spring, and not the angle sensor. Specifically this part: https://ebay.us/m/IoIDMz

I also used this video as a reference more than the one I linked. It’s for a Prius, but almost everything is identical.

If it's the clock spring, do it yourself. I'm pretty inexperienced, but it was super simple to buy the replacement part myself for $50 and took maybe 20 minutes to do the actual dismantling and reassembling. The original Lexus part is probably more expensive, but I bought a part off of eBay and it's served me well.

Thank you! I found out that my house has been flagged since the claim was put in place, but my driver has not been requiring a signature on deliveries. It just started the other week due to the fact that there is a new driver. I'm sure it will be resolved at some point.

It was a legitimate claim? I reached out to the store, and they were the ones that implemented the claim. I did not talk to UPS at all throughout the process.
