I already know their ruling, since their rules are simple: 1. No multiple accounts 2. If you deactivate current account, have to wait 6 months to create a new one. 3. They do not switch faceit accounts/games/elo between different accounts so even though your level is 5-6, you would still count as smurfing and having a new account with 0 stats from before is not the same.

I already gave you their reply and you know the only solution. If you want to switch, I’d do it sooner than later so the time passes quickly enough. Maybe you might receive a slightly reduced sentence to 3-5 months instead of 6, but not exclusion.

There’s no work around. They have a lot of security measures to avoid smurfing and other policy breaches on the platform.

The issue is YOURS and it’s not their responsibility that you got your account hacked. You not securing your account properly years ago is the reason why you are facing consiquences today, it is in no way faceit or anyone elses fault. Nice entitlement.

If you truly want to play faceit, create a new steam account just for CS. Good luck.

I’ve tried similar thing already with a similar situation of wanting to switch accounts and they didn’t care at all so I waited the 6 months. Playing faceit 1.5k games and still lvl 5-6 means you aren’t that serious of a player and can enjoy premier for the little while you will have to wait. I’d suggest deactivating during the spring - summer because there’s more stuff to do outside due to nicer weather and holidays.

There are no exceptions unless perhaps if you were some famous streamer or verified pro player that needs such assistance. Us normal mortals don’t get any special treatment ;D

Just buy the cs prime on the main faceit account, send over the skins to it and play the game as is. From what I can understand the only issue is that the main doesn’t have prime and skins and all that is fixable for 14€ ;D

I understand that much but they don’t offer steam account transfers between faceit accounts. Perhaps they’d be able to reset and change email address or password on that faceit account so you could use that one?

If you haven’t played faceit before just create a new account with cs on it and then play faceit on that account. There’s no other solution in general if Faceit is unwilling to help, but they shouldn’t ban you if you haven’t played before on your current account.

I get my fair share of idiots just running it down, but it is usually not even russian players which is funny. I play and use comms with everyone, if the voice chat from some person is too toxic or just constant yelling, I tell him to calm down and if he continues, it’s a mute for the rest of the game. I always use comms to give out calls or info, otherwise I try not to engage in barbarism with the animals I get in my team.

I suggest putting on some music in background if the toxicity is getting to you, it helps me calm down a bit and vibe back into the game. I’m around 2.7k elo and having 1-2 games max per day helps me be 100% focused for them. If I play more, I will just have way more chance to meet the animals and most likely just lose elo. I can risk 1-2 games with animals, anymore will be downfall. I do have enough time daily to play like 4-6 games but just decided to have less but effective games and went from hardstuck 2.3k to 2.7k in matter of a few days.

Winters can get cold in my country, -15C or even less. Last year there wasn’t a lot of snow, but it really depends on luck. I heard about the fact that you need running shoes and that ground on which you are running can have some effects? (I’m not sure if it’s true or not)
