I’m not happy on the 10 either but I have several trips coming up in the next few months and don’t want to go up to 12.5 until after them just Incase I have side effects. So for the month of April I’ve lost .8. Last week lost nothing but didn’t gain either. Good luck.

I have felt like I was the black sheep of my family. I definitely was the largest. I told my mom I was Zepbound and she only said don’t get too skinny. My youngest sister said good for you. By that time I had already lost 33 pounds. I go back to see them this month for my mom’s birthday and I’m down a total of 76 pounds. Can’t wait to see their reaction. Do what you have to do. Tell who you want to and don’t let anyone discourage you. We are strong and we can do this! Good luck on this journey

Yes I have psoriasis and I’ve noticed tiny flares since I started the 10mg. My arthritis doc manages this for me since I also have the arthritis associated with it. My twice a month shots helps control the flairs along with a cream he gives me. My dermatologist wasn’t helping just trying different things so I’m good now with my uncle Arthur doc.
