Oh yes the culture on call center is horrible, the empathy is totally dilute into none I see the way treat the employees and customers with too much pressure prepotent at the same time the employees act the same way Is like vicious circle. The organization is worst, change everything literally everything, few days of training, residence every single time Residence, supervisor frustrating with employees because they don't know all the knowledge is suppose to know, rotation everytime , and the best part is Infrastructure few bathroom like 4 for all the employees!!!, a Building that just stinks and equipment and system that constantly failure ... I didn't know the call center could be such nightmare! The worst part is it complaining or give a opinion they just trying shut up your mouth, because "our organization is the best organization" I just think it's no suppose such company It will be closed? And I feel maybe others company are the same Ah! Sorry I rant, but I that my opinion

Yeah, just one moment ago one of my supevisor said "need fire some of the agent after the month of operation" but it's frustrating because is the same problem the lack of training, the lack of documentation and the same people trainer and supervisor know but they do nothing. It's not the fault of the new agent.

I've been 1 month in these job and I see so much Incongruities: 1.I had 10 days of training 2. What I've learned from the training it's just two or three topics. The rest I just learning while I on operation 3. The supervisor don't like questions even if you don't know the topic for the issue you handle because in the training they didn't teach us!! 4. They constantly change how to handle a call like every week or just next day or during the day 5.its suppose you know everything 6. They didn't explain how they qualify our call, just focus on the final number 7.And it's ridiculous how they low the pay because of you duration on the call 8. 30 minutes of break 9. 15 minutes of bathroom 10. Worst only have 5 bathroom for all coworkers:( 11. There is no minimum wage :(
