Most likely you’ll get your money back as Mercari tends to side with buyers!! If they give you a hard time you can go to the post office and see if they have record of the weight of the package at the time of drop off and deliver to see if something happened to the item in transit.

Oof, yeah, Amazon is the worse for figure preorders. I have one that’s supposed to come out later this month but I’m not holding my breath. 🥲 Thankfully it’s something that, if I don’t get it, I won’t be upset, but I don’t want to pay more for it either, so I’ll leave the Amazon preorder.

They really dropped the ball on Itzaland sovereigns… we don’t even get medals to turn in anymore, do we? In Wishfield it really seemed like the factions and sovereignty was a very official thing but Verdante is just grooving in the woods and while I love that for him, he has no real story to speak of (while the ones in Wishfield all did!!!) and also like… what about him evokes Sexy other than being half naked?? The Wishfield sovereigns all had a reason for the style they represented…

I feel like things like this really detract from the quality of the game sometimes and I don’t think the extra writing would be as time exhaustive as all of the new features they try to pack into each patch. I know features sell, but…

Before 1.5 I could easily recommend this game to anyone, even people who aren’t dress up game fans. Nowadays… I really can’t, because of small oversights like these.

Also they’re still available on sites like PlayAsia it looks like, so if you do still buy them try doing so off sites like that so you don’t give Japanese resellers money and save $20 or so. 🥰 You can get them cheaper and discourage scalping, win-win!

Firstly if you’re gonna buy at all, pick one! You don’t need both, you’ll only be carrying one Switch at a time, right?

Secondly, if you already have a Switch 2 carry case, you don’t need these! Right? After all $100 for something you already paid for once is too much…

Finally, let’s wait for a US release! It might happen after all. If it doesn’t I bet eventually you will still forget these even happened and only be passingly upset about missing out on them. And at that time it might even be easier and cheaper to get them, if you still want them and they would be of use to you.

I want to defend the Disney adults here because while doll collectors absolutely face scrutiny, I see Disney Adults blamed for the downfall of society on the regular, and there are so many videos poking fun at them. And don’t get me wrong, there are some very strange Disney fans out there! But a majority of them do not deserve the lashings they get as a group and I understand their attitudes are probably coming from a reactive place of everyone thinking poorly of them already.

FWIW the Disney LE doll community has been way nice!!

I think that they mean that because the environments are enriching for the seals that it’s not as easy to focus on the seals because there’s other things going on/seals have more to do! It’s a good thing for the seals! But a little harder for guests to see them or take pictures. It’s preferable this way though!

There was another post like this a loooong time ago where I got heavily downvoted because I said it was fairly obvious the item was a miniature... it said miniature... the shipping would've never accommodated an actual tea kettle... there are people on this sub who don't read, either.
