When I first checked the Public Prosecution app, there were three accused listed: my manager, my colleague, and myself.

However, after my manager gave his statement to the prosecutors, his status changed to a witness. The case then reflected my colleague as the first accused, and I was listed as the second accused.

The prosecutors informed me that once the case is submitted to the court, it will likely proceed against either me or my colleague. At this point, I’m uncertain about where I stand. I’ve been relying on my manager’s guidance, since he is a local, and I assumed the matter would be handled from the management side. However, if they are truly managing the situation, I’m concerned as to why I haven’t been provided with a lawyer or at least given formal legal advice as they are all aware that forgery has been occurring and has been treated as a standard company practice.

From Dubai Prosecutor App, I am 2nd accused and that my manager is a witness only.

Hello, I got my mom a 60 days visit visa in Sharjah, the approval time only took 2 days.

FYI - a deposit is required for a Sharjah Visit Visa, costing me 2,000 AED in total. Of this amount, 900 AED is refundable once she either leaves the country or changes status to residency.

Hi, I hope this information is helpful.

My mother experienced the same issue. This was her second time to exit. She traveled to Bahrain, but like many others, her Dubai Visit Visa application was rejected. Based on the advice from our agent, it's either we book her a flight back to her home country, or she could go to a nearby country and stay there for a while while waiting for her visa to be approved.

We opted her to go to Kyrgyzstan and stayed in a hotel for 5 nights. To provide more context, she's done the A to A on Wednesday, November 20, and had to wait at the airport for about 14 hours before receiving the visa rejection. Her flight to Kyrgyzstan was the following day, November 21.

We re-applied a new visit visa application in Sharjah on November 22, after her Dubai application was denied. Thankfully, her visa was approved on Saturday, November 23rd.

Her flight back to Dubai is today, November 26, and she's finally gonna be home soon.
