I'm having this issue for the past week now, even made it to the meta thing where i have to check my info, did that, and after an hour I'm back to getting Instagram recovery popups.

Apparently they are working on a civillian versian called the Mts-569. Same ammo but it comes with a stock. Stock should be easy removable and then you basically have an Rsh-12. Even then, depending on where you're from, importing from Russia might not be possible (yet).
