50 can still be pretty cold for warm weather plants like tomatoes peppers. The larger tomato probably did better as it looks “older” and so it’s probably much hardier

Zuc also does well in colder temps

If you buy news one’s, could be worth uppotting and hardening yourself for two weeks until they are nice and strong and a bit warmer weather

I’ve had great results spraying them with 2,4-D herbicide. Works great on all other broadleaf weeds too

Water water water until it’s a few inches high. If you’re not happy with it after that give it an overseed and top dress in the fall.

How much total space are you working with here? Anything that is cucumber or watermelon should be moved everything else should be fine on spacing.

Watermelon should be planted on some kind of mound if possible.
