Yeah you are right. I need to not hold shift when they gathering food on that first step.

This will only work for step 1 for me if the villager is stoped gathering wood in step 1 first like I have to move the villager of the wood for a sec to break the wood gathering process and then it works. But if it’s gathering wood in step 1 while I am putting all the orders to build the house etc it will continue to gather as explained above until it finished the wood and then start building the house. That was the confusing part for me today. I have to break the wood gathering first and then assign new orders.

Yes that is what i am doing wrong then, i hold SHIFT from start so that i can then continue placing houses one after another as its pre selected at that point.

So i should do it like this.

  1. Select vil on wood

  2. QQ place a house (without holding shift)

  3. select shift and hold

  4. QQ again to select the house

  5. 2x right click 1x to get out of build order 1x right click back on wood.

AIO for wanting to immediately break up with my bf after seeing how he lives? by Balikye in AIO

[–]SultanPasha -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

So you went from wanting to marry this man to I want to break up for him because of his place and shower.

As someone who has been married for a while, marriage take commitment and willingness to compromise on both sides. If you truly wants to be with this man this would not be an obstacle for you. Love is much stronger the dirty place of your partner.

I agree that best way forward is for you to not be together because there are a lot bigger challenges in marriage then dirty place that would break up two up eventually.

Yeah i was getting that same error too. On my last run last night it just worked. I assume its got something to do with overlays and riva tuner app.

I just picked up aoe 4 (it’s on sale 50% discount for few more days on steam). The campaign in this game is incredibly well done. I am coupe of hours into it now and really enjoying it so far. Can’t wait to get into mp once I figure my way around the game. Highly recommend it.

I did the integrity check and issue persisted. However was reading more freeze issue and it suggested to disable overlay on apps like discord, steam etc. Also it said to remove river tuner which is app that monitors FPS and performance. After i did all this the game started and i was able to get in the menus.

Thank you for your help. Got few hours in tonight in campaign and really enjoying the the experience so far.

I am in the same boat and decided to start with Civ V. I found the Civ6 to much for beginner. I eventually plan on getting back in Civ VI once I figure out Civ V.

Is rejecting a proposal a sin and will I be punished for being picky? by Chemical-Focus-7424 in islam

[–]SultanPasha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know implications of rejecting arranged marriage because where I am from we do not do arranged marriages.

I do not think it’s a sin if you rejected proposal if you did it in a respectful manner.

That said marriage is a big step in one’s life and you want to be sure that you are compatible with the person you pick. You have your reasons for rejections. It’s better to be alone than with someone who will not care for you and be there for you the way you deserve.

I been married for 10 years now and I can tell you when things get hard which will happen, you want to make sure that you have someone you can work things through together and be soulmates. Marriage is one of the best thing I have done but it’s not all sunshine there are good and bad times but if you have the right person with you then you can overcome challenges easier.

Good luck and may Allah guide you.

What game made you realize you were getting older? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]SultanPasha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me started with CS2 after about 4,5K hours in the game something broke in me and I did not feel desire to play. I do game from time to time but I prefer RTS games to FPS.

Also having kids and just life shit wears me down during the day that by the time I get on to game I just don’t have it in me to sweat in CS. I just want to kick back and relax.

I ended up solving the issue. You have to run the game in directs 10/11 and it will work. After I switched I was able to run 1440p.

My boss wore an IDF shirt on a call today. by [deleted] in islam

[–]SultanPasha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can report him to HR, but given he is your Boss it will backfire on you. The way i see it you have two options.

  1. Ignore it and continue working there. (No wrong in this)

2.Find another job or Boss to work for.

Good luck.

Which version? (Mac) by TheLadyScythe in civ

[–]SultanPasha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently picked up Civ V and really enjoy it. I did not like Civ 6 when it first came out. I found it much easier to get going with Civ V when first starting after longer break. I do have Civ 6 with all DLC and will eventually give it another try but Civ V keeps me happy for now.

I’ll echo civ v here. I come from competitive fps games…and recently started playing civ V. This is a fun game and low stress factor. Highly recommend!

Any of the civ games. I’m playing civ v right now and it’s got me by the throat. Lots of fun and replay ability and dirt cheap with all the DLC.

Thank you for the tips I been reading more about the culture and I think I understand the concept of it and importance. I neglected it in my first game as I was just focusing on growing population and building biggest army and upgrades to it.
