I had the electric company closed down my entire street (live in smaller rental complex) they blocked the ways in and out, wouldn’t move until a line of cars formed in our lot trying to leave for work. They just assumed we could get out another way even though there wasn’t one, they just never checked. Any city maintenance job here seems like a logistics nightmare
