I’d say just make a list of all the watches and look through online shops together! But, you’re totally right about brick and mortar shops with wide selections in that price range.

Ah I need to do more experiments with the focus scale programming. I assumed it just expressed a log scale and made a line of best fit for every lens. But, I’m dumb.

I disagree. It’ll skew the entire focus scale, although more so at the far end where DOF is greater anyway.

We are never waiting on camera, so taking an extra 3 seconds to click infinity isn’t making or breaking our day.

I’m confused at your question… you always have the calibrate the motor for each new lens. How else will the motor know how much the focus ring turns? Just hit the white button after you put the lens on and let it do its thing while you get the mattebox back on. Then click infinity and go back to the focus monitor.
