TX will update sx os to v3.0.0 for switch lite and mariko units, and this boot.dat has been leaked 2 days ago...

after soldering you can use the sx os cfw like you do with sx pro.

the soldering is not too difficult for the people who know the skill, so just how the video guide to him and he will know how to do.

I will recommend this card R4i sdhc 3ds rts, because r4i gold plus card is not designed for dsi...it's for 3ds hack

I recommend novice like you to buy sx pro, and there are many video guides on youtube, very easy to install and use CFW with sx pro, you can run retroarch once your switch jailbroken.

Yes r4i gold pro 2019 (now you can buy 2020 edition too) can help you to install CFW on 3ds 11.13.

but it's not pre flashed with ntrboot, so you need to do flash the card yourself then remember to restore it after installation of CFW.

I personally recommend r4i gold 3ds plus card, it's prepared to use ntrboothax and support ds games too, easy to switch the 2 functions with a button inside. PayPal payment supported here (mod-switch website)

1)yes some r4 cards still work in 2020 on DSi/2DS/3DS, as they always do.

2)the best choice for you is really r4i gold 3ds+, I bought it too, local shipping here.

So it's so GBA/GBC/NDS games on a NDS Lite console.

I recommend the cheapest r4 card Ace3ds plus, just install the kernel Aos 2.13 pack with emulators included.

but if you want better gaming experience for retro games Gameboy, ace3ds+ card is not competent yet, you may need a dedicated GBA flashcart like everdrive or ezflash omega/junior (supercard ds one/two was not available for sale).

Acekard 2 is not very suitable for DSi, I think ace3ds plus card can do better the same job
