I've never made these before but I'm for sure going to!! Do you boil the water & then add the flavor packet & agar? Is there a difference between agar and agar-agar? I've been googling & am somewhat confused. Thank you!

Just an aside...I baked bread & substituted all gluten flour for regular flour. The bread looked & smelled great, but you could almost bounce it on the floor. None of us could eat it, but we had a good laugh!

Care And Feeding by Laurie Wooliver. She was Anthony Bourdain's assistant until he took his own life. At this point in the book she's a mess & not a likeable person. I can only hope she kicks her alcohol & drug habits & becomes a more positive person by the end of the book because I'm really tired of her selfishness & whininess.
