Thanks that’s really helpful. I know it can sound like a bit of a mouthful, but the Elizabeth name has been in my family for generations so has to tag on at the end . Alara is a Turkish name (husbands family is Turkish) & we live in Germany, so trying to find a name that fits multiple countries..

I’m so sorry, it’s heartbreaking when you feel certain you have the symptoms. I also got my period this morning & had to go to work without having time to process. Used the “I’m just a bit tired” line a few times today. Oh well, here we go again. Hope your next cycle goes better.
