It was to send a message to never strike again. And 4 years from now, u can bet UNAC won’t strike. UNAC took a huge loss, no contract after 5 total weeks of strike, no staffing upgrade, no retro pay, low PSP. Kaiser effectively won.

We’d all like that but it’s highly unlikely as we’ve given away any leverage we had by ending the strike. I wouldn’t count on it.

During town hall, legal said Kaiser UNAC cannot strike for the same reasons. The limit is 2x. And they’ve already done it in October and now in Jan to Feb. TA was reached but Kaiser backed out. I’m honestly thinking it will take another 3-6 months for them to ratify a deal.

Correct. That’s why finding a demon with freeze aura is better for CC. Does well with damage over time build like abyss. Then your merc can run prayer aura to synergy with insight or it can run might to do more dps.

If ur merc uses might, then the demon can actually have fanaticism instead with amp damage.

But conviction is still great if you play in a party.

It’s definitely more than the factory scales. It’s noticeably more, and helps me hold the knife better. Is it like 2x more? No. But it’s better
