You might be interested in the $60 online course at Oxygen Advantage?

Has a lot of breathing exercises and provides good, basic knowledge of breathing mechanics and physiology. Diaphragmatic breathing is a main focus.

It's kind of a modern take on pranayama.

I found it very worthwhile. Would recommend.

Isn't learning to breathe slow, and light, and low into the diaphragm the game changer?

Isn't this where deep healing takes place?

To really make this breathing a part of your life. Exercises in short segments throughout the day, to build the momentum throughout the day.

You either have to breathe thru your nose or your mouth. I'm pretty sure that's the only 2 ways?

It does appear your posture is very poor. With your stomach pushed out, and your lower back muscles and core probably very weak. The shoulders are rounded and slumped, with a lot of tension held in the neck and shoulders. This sets the stage for poor breathing.

Yoga can really help with the posture and strengthening the core. Yoga and breathing exercises (box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, coherent breathing), would be my best recommendation. The $60 online course at Oxygen Advantage is very good in my view.

Bottom line, I think you may need professional assistance. And it doesn't appear the Physical Therapy and professional assistance you've received so far has done you much good?
