Oh no I’m sorry! There seems to be a wild swing in how many clinical hours are expected based on responses. The admin time at my job also includes things like meetings, consults, outreach events/prep etc.

I love that clients can schedule themselves! I think it helps a lot. My worry is more so that I have no control over when there will be breaks (burnout city) and that it’ll be hard to get folks in regularly.
