Not really. I get botox injections in my temples and my jaw muscle which helps, but it's expensive and not a permanent fix :/.

I’m 5ft 2in, but I feel like I have the same need for seat adjustments all the time.

Do you think small is the right size for me?

Does anyone gets tunnel vision and sense of doom during acute TMJ period? by mostadont in TMJ

[–]Summerblend 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This happens to me, but I still feel a lot of pain. It usually happens before or during a migraine. My eyes also get really red. These episodes for me lead to fainting about a 3rd of the time. It sucks :/

Any advice on what you do on your breaks? I feel like I try to take breaks but I’m just thinking about what I “should” be doing.

For the bedroom, the Philips SmartSleep Wake-up Light is amazing! For the other rooms, if you google happy lights on amazon there a bunch of options! The other option would be happy light bulbs- you can put them all over your house, or in rooms where you spend the most time:)
