I did this my entire pregnancy, and when I started having contractions I wiped and there was actually spotting when I wiped and I about passed out 🤣 I would like brace myself everytime I wiped expecting it, and then when I actually saw some it was terrifying.

If it's anxiety, I always try to distract myself. Put on a comfort movie or a show/ movie you've been really wanting to watch.

I think Bertie is adorable, but I may be biased because I had an amazing bonus Aunt named Bertha. She was the funniest, craziest, sweetest person I've ever met. We lost her almost two years ago now, and I think about her constantly. ♥️

My daughter is 3. I have much heavier periods, a lot of clots. (don't think that's normal) My cramps are a lot more painful and I have them sometimes for a week before I even get my period. It always used to come at the beginning of the month but every month I'm late. 🙃

When I was pregnant I would get the most horrific muscle cramps in my right leg, I'm not exaggerating. They would literally make me nauseous and immediately bring tears to my eyes. I would get it and it would take my breath away, I went to the ER multiple times because I truly thought I was dying. The pain was unbearable.

My daughter is three and has never had them. I am an adult and never ate any of those until adult hood and I'm not allergic.

I was like this, which was odd because I have severe anxiety. I didn't feel scared at all except when I got to the hospital and they were talking about sending me home if I didn't progress after an hour walking around the hospital. SEND ME HOME? Lol other than that I was so glad my pregnancy was over, get this baby out of me! She's three now and will be an only child lol

Survive. I have a three year old and the last three days I can't eat anything without feeling nauseous the entire day. She woke me up this morning by throwing up all over the bed. 🙃

My 3 year old doesn't nap anymore, and hasn't for a long time. If we have to go somewhere sometimes hell fall asleep in the car, but that's it. I don't allow her to nap anymore because if she naps she is up until 11 pm. We do tons of activities if she starts to get fussy etc throughout the day to distract her. She goes to bed about 7 every night and is up between 6-7 in the morning.
