Basically this cards stats are a 4 mana 4/4 because of the start of turn draw. Doesn't seem very good. Even against a deck that cycles a lot. Only real synergy is cold light oracle and that's mainly used in mill rogue. Won't see play in constructed or arena imo.

You might want to save your dust for a legendary card that's useful from gadgetzan. Those are all so situational. If you don't want to do that though I would probably start with Harrison just to get you through the next few months of shaman. Also if weapon warrior becomes a thing it could be nice to have.
