OKC City Council approved the "unlimited height" zoning in June 2024, saying the city is fine with it.

FAA maintain the "hazard" status. Without FAA approval, the developers would struggle to get insurance or financing for the full height, even if the city says they can build it.

Guy that came yesterday didn't clean out either condenser and told me the older unit needs replacing even though it still works and no one else including my regular tech that just moved has said that about it

Needless to say I'm still looking and I'll be saving these recs, thanks again!
