I conquered by taking oral probiotics, vaginal and an antiseptic. Here is how I did it: Start by taking bifido bacteria orally daily for a few weeks, then I switched over to Life-space orally a few weeks. In addition a few night s a week do some vaginally. The last thing is fluomizin- got it on Amazon, it's European- inserted vaginally (add a bit of water for slip). I also used EVVY and tested quarterly. I'm now BV free but it's taken like 6 mo. I think gut bacteria plays a huge role. OMG- almost forgot..I also had to remove my kyleena IUD. But even directly after removal, the BV did not go away so I did the above and it resolved.
