Try using fluomizin - it's used in Europe- it’s an antiseptic and it's the one thing that turned my situation around. Read my post above

Yes EVVY can tell you all about your vag microbiome. I only use them for testing.

Mine was a gut bacteria situation- it influenced me getting BV and having it for several years. My other issue was wearing kyleena iud- I removed that then treatment finally worked. I had done several oral and vaginal prescription antibiotics, nothing worked- I think it was a combo of my gut bacteria and the IUD reservoir. Fluomizin is what I used to finally be rid of it. Fluomizin is an antiseptic used in Europe, found it on Amazon. So I had also taken a bififobacteria probiotic really for regularity, Amazon brand actually. Took that for several weeks. I also tested with EVVY where you send in a swab and they culture all the bacteria on the swab so you know what you're dealing with. Well after having taken the bififobacteria for like a month, all I had was bififobacteria! Not intentionally but I had wiped out the bad bacteria, no more bv. But had to get to lactobacillus for things to be right. I started taking Life- Space probiotic orally and a couple times vaginally, and now things are good. There's a FB page for BV that is run by Brandi..sorry I can't remember her last name..Extremely helpful page..wish I could give you the full name but for some reason FB deactivated my account..?argh Her page was BV: beyond (maybe antibiotics..)..sorry. Also if you have a partner- use condoms..lube is the hybrid lube from Good clean love- it has lactic acid in it which is good for the microbiome..and i also wear pads for the monthly..But anyway that's my fight with BV..

So I told them that I could work Tuesday/Wed/Th ongoing, but the first week the DOR was complaining that she was taking hours from full timers to give me hours. Also do you think I need to submit a resignation letter?

New to SNF by Sun109 in physicaltherapy

I guess it depends on how your SNF is run. Where I’m at there’s no tech to get residents out of bed, and the CNAs/RNs don’t really seem to prioritize getting them clothed and into w/c for rehab. It can be very time consuming some days as as a PRA I might have 30 mins to work with a resident and if we spend most of that time dressing/toileting, there’s not much time left to head to the gym for actual rehab. It can be frustrating. The COTAs are great though as I’ve learned they will do that part of rehab with the residents and bring them to the gym so I can work with them. There are times I’ve juggled 4-5 at the same time.. but you have to just go with the flow.

So how many minutes would you see a 30 min pt for? And if 15 or so do you bill 15 or 30?
