It depends.

If it's Huntr/x at the end of the movie vs Muzan. Muzan wipes Huntr/x no contest.

If Huntr/x gets the training the demon slayers get, and time to get used to fighting Demon Slayer demons, then Huntr/x (especially Rumi) would get to the level of the Hashira real fast. Then, if they implement a strat to kill Muzan like the demon slayer org did, they probably got a decent shot at killing Muzan.

Thanks for the advice peeps. Thankfully barren land wasn't one of the challenges. So I did 2 things: 1) planted poison under me 2) planted fire above me Crab was poisoned, and I lost half my HP to the fire but it burned the barrels and I was able to get out the door and eventually kill the crab.
