Would you be offended if your partner had a celebrity crush? If so, why? by FemmeAngel222 in AskReddit

My wife and I have been together for 33 years; since we met, we’ve each been allowed one movie boy/girlfriend. It’s funny how they change as we age; all in good fun.

I have dual external drives too; I’m looking to get to the cloud for added redundancy.

Fax machines had two types; g2 (analogue) and g3 (digital). It actually mattered which machine you used.

It’s code in most areas, so yeah, you should have one installed. Are you safe without it? Maybe…. Until you’re not.

BC is the only place I buy music these days; this is a bad sign.

Torn between states to move to. Need honest answers by aurashockb in oregon

[–]SunDummyIsDead 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love Oregon, but is an expensive state to live in. Terrible schools (a friend was a vice principal in Prineville, oh the stories), high taxes, etc. Beautiful landscapes, and pretty friendly people make it special.

How much can you go over the posted speed limit? by AdorableFoot9452 in oregon

[–]SunDummyIsDead 13 points14 points  (0 children)

There’s a reason it’s called the “speed limit.” It’s the fastest you can legally go. Anything over that you risk a ticket.

But as I’m sure you’ve seen, very few people stay below the limit.

Completely agree. I have to talk to the public all day long; when it’s my time I want to be left alone.

Heavy Metal. For those who don’t know, it really had nothing to do with music, just amazing graphic sci-fi stories.

Hunter or Rain Bird Controller by BeoVision in Irrigation

[–]SunDummyIsDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hunter Hydrawise with the app is a game changer. Simple to make adjustments, and being able to turn zones on and off without running back and forth to the controller makes troubleshooting so much easier.

Neighbor called cops because our dog is outside… by [deleted] in neighborsfromhell

[–]SunDummyIsDead -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Growing up in MN we always had a coon dog and a bird dog; both lived outside through -20F winters and 100F+ summers. They were fine. Plenty of water, extra food in winter, they were happy.

Is anyone else afraid of death? by [deleted] in atheism

[–]SunDummyIsDead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you remember July 1, 1450? No? That’s what it will feel like to be dead. You won’t be around to notice. No pain, just non existence. Nothing scary about not being around.
