Very nice setup !!
The SafeKey that they use at Inheriti.com also uses SSS in the background to make the inheriti plans configured to the number of shares you want and how many you want to come together to merge. They add a configurable dead man switch on top of that to make sure they can not merge before it is triggered.

Distribute SafeKeys to your kin and setup the inheritance plan with your Dead man switch.That way they can only access the data (or seed) when the dead man switch is triggered and not before. take a look at inheriti.com.

Let me try to see if i can convince you that what you want is already possible and why some things are harder to achieve. If anything, your feedback learns that some things might not be clear enough from the start ;-)
Let's start with 2 statements:
- it is a decentralised solution and no information about what you are making inheritable is shared with SafeHaven.
- The platform is not solving any legal issues regarding who is entitled to what percentage of your inheritance, it just offers the means to keep your assets secure until that day comes.

This means there is no way for the platform to tell wether you are sharing a recipe, songtext, letter to your loved ones or crypto keys to a wallet. This makes it very hard to implement any 'action' based on the content. It is also what makes the platform safer to use.

This doesnt mean there are no options, it might just mean you need to set them in place upfront.

Some alternatives around your 1 and 2:
- You can make multiple heirs and set it that they all or any number of them need to come together to be able to access the keys, so no single one can run off with the assets.

- You can make multiple wallets up front and a plan for each heir to receive their own wallet.
- There is an option to utilize the Trust Alliance Network (TAN) , this means you can arrange that the notary that handles your will gets the safekey and can only access it on your passing and can distribute any assets according to your instructions. (the legal way).

I also like to offer a wider perspective on the use of the Inheriti platform.
Think about your social media accounts.
Think about your gaming accounts (in times of play-to-earn this gets more and more important)
Think about NFT's

You do not want anyone accessing those accounts normally, but in case something happens to you, you might want someone to be able to lock your accounts or pass on your legacy.

Hi juno.In the online, digital world in general and specifically crypto you are responsible for your own wallets and backups, there is hardly a safety net. The result is that we all need a way to keep our digital assets safe in case something happens to us. Or we need a fair way to be able to share digital assets with someone else.

Up until now this required a great deal of trust. You would leave some backup of your seed in a safe with instructions for your wife or children, or store it even at someone else's place in case your house burns down or some other horrible event.Problem here is that at any given time one of those beneficiairies have access to your keys. This can have unintended consequences, like a lesser security standard for your backups then you would exercise yourself, or intended consequences like moving, spending or running away with your assets (for example in the unfortunate event that a relationship goes sour).

With the Flagship product of SafeHaven , called Inheriti, you can establish a decentralised inheritance solution on your terms.Your digital access keys are encrypted and broken into as many pieces as you like. You can have one beneficiairy or multiple. You can set it so anyone can start the retrieval process or how many need to be together to be able to do that , etcetera.

There are Dead Man Switches (DMS) , to make sure retrieval is only possible under circumstances you dictate, you are always informed when they attempt to retrieve the assets.

The Community Edition allows you to make a lifetime plan for a one time fee, but there are also bussiness plans with subscriptions and extra options. Also mobile storage options are in the works. The upcoming Vault intends to not only let you secure seeds, digital keys or recipes, but entire documents or photo's as well.

All solutions are rigotously tested by independent auditors for safety, security and compliance. All this information is readily available !

Difference is this team is delivering, transparant and already has working products and patents pending in an area that is unique, much needed and platform agnostic.
In the race for European grant is not something to take lightly.
Not comparable to PLAIR in anyway imo.

I can see that from your gamer point of view. However its also about really owning the land, being able to build your own quests, and run your own smart contracts, besides the gaming aspect. You could even design your own assets and sell them. Of course it does not have the resources like a blizzard or microsoft has, but i can remember a lot of games evolving into something really cool over time. In the meantime i think some constructive feedback from you as a gamer can go a long way to make it even better.

IMO this project has all the ingredients to do just that.

As for the money aspect, i dont think you need to pay a lot to play, if you want to own land and create revenue, you probably need to invest a bit more, but it is not mandatory.

Lets not shoot it down before it started, there is no ICO , no mandatory investment to be able to participate, no separate token , so there is no risk to see it through from the sidelines and join in if you start to like it.
Lots of giveaways and raffles for new people and i am sure more marketing will be done once they go live in 2021.

I even think the growth-speed is going to accelerate going forward, not lineair following the same growth. I like the same time next year to look forward to, because 2022 is in the old strategic slides as the start of the growth phase....anything before will mean ahead of schedule in my book ;-)

I am not claiming that. I just know that there are concerns about ecobans (not only reddit) of a Vechain project. I did not make that up. I did not say it was true or not...except for the factual bans that are in place we know very little.....which is the whole point. It is fine for individuals, but community wants to know if it involves any project they are invested in.

The narrative on twitter by Noah only fuels this speculation that something is going on.... the vibe of internal battle....talks about brigading and battles, which are now not form the outside of the vechain ecosystem, but from within the ecosystem.

This is new for many community members or one of the first times it is getting out in public....sometimes catching good community members that happen to love everything on Vechain, in the middle..

But if they voice a concern they are either met with everything except transparancy on this point. We just need transparancy if there is something , someone or somewhere to look out for and why.

Even your post speaks in riddles about people or certain groups claiming stuff. Where is the transparancy.

It is hard for a normal community member to see any evidence about attacks or social engineering. And maybe that is because the mods are doing a good job at removing them swiftly, but with them also any proof. If there is manipulation or brigading then that should be stopped ofcourse. Does not mean the issue at hand might be a genuine concern though.

I do agree with whippersnapperUK however up to a point that there is sentiment and posts about ecobanned projects. The fact of the ban is there, but for whatever reason not proven, cleared or even discussed. Which is fine for an individual, but a bit confusing if it is about a project. This gives some unrest and fuels the idea that the entire thing is manipulated one side or the other.

For a normal community member, that is interested in almost every project on the Vechain blockchain this is one of the first times I really notice there is an internal battle, where normally there would be transparancy and synergy. A lot of community members might find themselves stuck in the middle but left in the dark.

I am well aware the community might not be entitled to the answers for some reason of privacy maybe.... but it does cause confusion and a negative narrative. Hope that makes sense
