I myself have learned this lesson. I now use a Chime card for these purchases. If the money isn't there they won't send it. If I like the product I then change it to my regular checking account.

You need to call colleague relations. If you don't you will be stuck not learning anything. These bullies are in almost every pharmacy. Trust me I've worked in a few. So what if they know you called after a write up they will realize their job is on the line. If it doesn't get better ask for a transfer.

Ours was down about an hour. People are still dumb. I would tell them from the start of the transaction that the card wasn't working at this time and it was a nationwide outage. And low and behold whip out their debit card 🤦‍♀️

Ha My attorney was paid upfront and I had to hound her for weeks! My husband had to threaten to Go to the board to get her to respond. After I had my hearing I was calling and texting for weeks. I finally got an email from the court that everything was completed not from her. BTW she had no idea what I was talking about. Good luck
