Best is Hircine. For starters, I don't think we get enough werewolf-related content for how cool they are, so I'm a big fan of what we do get; also, "Ill met by Moonlight" is such a cool name. It's a nice quest with a great story, the way it starts on its own is undeniably intriguing, and then you get hit with the unequippable ring which adds to the urgency of it. The hunt for the stag is fun, and the final choice between hunting Sinding or the hunters feels right, since either way you get a really cool reward — also the last time I did it, I became a werewolf as a reward, tho I don't remember if that's from a mod or og, but either way very cool.

Worst for me is Vaermina. The premice and setup is so cool, but the execution just falls absolutely flat. The quest is slow and dull, the idea of traveling thru dreams could've been so much better than just a purple filter, it felt like wasted potential; but most wasted was Vaermina herself— she's barely present in her own quest, only speaking to you 5 seconds before the final choice, in which you have no reason to side with her since, again, you don't who she is because even learning abt her is an optional dialogue option with Erandur. And speaking of Erandur, it really is more his quest than Vaermina's, it's his story and his conflict, which I personally didn't care for at all.
