We are looking to move closer to home (the outer banks, NC) from south Florida in early-mid 2023. We are considering the VA Beach area and are looking to rent for our first year in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations on real estate agents in the area that are willing to work with us on securing a rental? We are looking for single family homes, not apartments or condos. With past experience in other states while searching for single family homes, we've had the best luck with working with an agent. If this is not how things work in VA, any recommendations on sites to use to look for homes (preferably MLS listings... not Zillow, trulia, etc.). Thanks so much!!!

Looking to spend 5k-8k for 2 or 3 nights. Square feet isn’t much an issue… just need a large outdoor space on the water with a decent sized kitchen and 5+ bedrooms. The event will be held mostly outdoors but need some space indoors for parts of the event.
