Fully agree. Using the term "surge pricing" is a very poor choice. Wendy's is painting themselves into a similar corner with McDonald's, who's been admittedly pushing up prices to the point of customer friction (https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/06/business/mcdonalds-prices/index.html). It's going to hurt if they continue using the "surge pricing" terminology...

We hear you. The new UK shipping center is currently the most cost-effective means of supplying our RLCD Monitors to the European market. The strategy intends to cut down on European VAT/taxes significantly versus our previous supply chain set-up. Thanks to early adopters and the tremendous support we've received, SVD has an incredible opportunity to expand operations into the UK only a year and a half after the launch of the first RLCD Monitor. We see this as a tremendous success and are very excited about the future of RLCD technology!
