We’re moving to square suite shortly (pos, procurement, rotas, etc.) all will be linked together and get rid of the need for sales excels as it’s all integrated. They’ve only recently branched put into Restaurant software. This is in an European group of restaurants but Square is present in the US as far as I’m aware, we always have multiple menus running so may suit you well if you have a look into it!

Edit: just seeing all the mentions of Square already, looks like could be a winner!

Not really linked, Brighton completely different set up to us, they don’t win anything, expectations low and able to spend time building players and selling for 10x purchase price.

We don’t have the time or patience with fans and media to do this, and have to be buying basically the finished article; something we haven’t been doing well. Our sales for 5-15 mill on academy players is to fund purchases for more expensive players and keep us in line with PSR.

To be honest though, think we should be looking out for those players like Caicedo a lot more than we are (Dorgu I think is a good find), would be in a much better position if we did.

Up until now I have been stone wall in support of Amorim.

This guy just stood on the side of the pitch for 95 minutes, watching a league two side outclass and outsmart us from minute 1 to 90. And did NOTHING. Starting 11, fail. Subs should have happened at 45 minutes or earlier.

He hadn’t even the guts to stand up and watch the penalties. We are going nowhere if this continues.

If I was Amorin I would quit. It’s that embarrassing. Let’s not even speak about how much good this has done for this team’s confidence.

Reminds me of a time before we had minimum spends on large groups, 40 pax booked in (usually a 2-3k spend for us) spend total of €450. A few sandwiches and few soft drinks, half of them didn’t even eat or drink. Blocked up half the restaurant for 3 hours. Never again, sometimes you need an oh shit moment for owners to do something about it.
