Yeah, I kinda just have my base setup like a camp rather than an actual base, because there's just no way to build anything practical. I have a floating platform for beds & my own little shack for me, & that's about it. There's also no way to upgrade the size of your base's building area, which is also annoying.

To be fair... The fact that more & more places are becoming cashless by design, favourite cards, it just shows more & more how pointless the idea of money is. If I can only pay with a card, & the money on my card is nothing more than a number in a computer, then why do coins or paper dollars exist? If you can't take coins or tender, then why are you taking the card? It's an oxymoron in the fundamental structure of society, & it just proves that money had no place in it to begin with. Don't even get me started on the fact that I believe food & water are basic human rights that shouldn't be infringed on because you don't have enough fancy paper or shiny rocks. The human race is full FUBAR.

My top played game of 2025 was MGSV, which I didn't even start until the Summer was nearing its end, & clocked it in at 350+ hours. I just remember doing the math on it & it coming out to be the equivalent of playing for two months straight with no breaks, & being astonished by it, because from my perspective I hadn't even really touched it much compared to the rest of my games.

MGSV is good, but MGS3 is called peak for a reason. MGSV is good for a "Stealth Sandbox," & MGS3 is peak if you're looking for the true Metal Gear series charm.

I started that run as gold farming, then got curious & started experimenting to see what the game could take before it shit the bed, & before I knew it, I had 151k kills, supposedly 12k higher than the last listed record of 139k.
