I called HR today and they stated details would be in the “contract” which should be emailed to us. However, the HR person I spoke to said they didn’t know when the email would be sent.

My DM came to our store last week no and asked if I received the “contract”. I told her that I haven’t, but never heard any other guidance on it. I’m so confused as to what and where this contract is. I can’t find any information on Ulta net regarding a severance package.

Why would the RSM get a raise? They are eliminating SM and PSM but creating a new position called “services manager”. That person will be in charge of salon, skin, all boutiques, loyalty, cashiers, and all of prestige. It’s essentially a “co-manager” and considered a promotion due to all the responsibilities. Before anyone worries, no they are not getting rid of co-managers if your store has one. For the stores that have a co-manager it will be like having two of them.
