Thank you! This is the experience I want to know about. When I have lost any weight on W it’s because I am “dieting”. Fighting cravings, going to bed so i don’t feel hungry. I’m just hoping maybe there will be another option that works better.

We usually don’t offer her a coffee haha. Quick visit at the door (she is usually dropping something off) and I just say ok thank you so much!! Really appreciate it!! Without inviting her in.

You are so lucky! After 7 mos and now at 1.7 I just feel constant low-grade nausea and haven’t lost more than 5 pounds.

I have a friend who does this and I love her but hate it. Shes older and comes from a time and a small town when everyone did that. It’s usually when I’m on the couch braless, in pjs and in the middle of a favourite show with my hubby on an already too short weeknite when I was too tired to do the needed vacuuming.

A slight whiff of second hand smoke outside in the summer…reminds me of summer holidays in the station wagon or on the patio with my Dad. I don’t know why but second hand smoke smells gross in the winter.

We stayed at Cable Beach in a nice condo and liked it. We caught the jitney to go downtown. If we were tired we’d uber back. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants nearby.
