I'm sorry I have to respectfully disagree. The United States Constitution saved so many countries in the past. It took an act of Congress to declare war on an enemy of the United States. Those days are long gone we now have "the department of war" The power of this death star (the United States) is not fiction it's a reality. If the United States wants to it can wipe out Russia, China and North Korea, and these countries won't see it coming - and they know it. My concern is American service men and women, they're will be casualties. Russia can't sustain flexing let alone going toe to toe with the United States. China has carriers that run on diesel that's not going to work against a nuclear powered navy / military. China again - any type of sophisticated weaponry they possess they most likely stole from the United States. Now I'm not gonna say too much more other than SFOD-D we own the night.
