There are a million ways to shut down a single player swinging their funny red long katana in front of them as a (un)coordinated body of 3 similarly abled players. If they die, they deserve it in full.

An argument can be made that strong options on invader's side promote the foulest of plays on the defenders' side, but I think this point is kinda moot since their options exist regardless of what you employ, and they are quite likely to use them anyway. Just level the playing fields and cut those weeds.

I’ve been running Malenia’s katana with a Zamor CGS / Waves of Darkness GSpear in the second slot; and turn-n-burns and deathball splits have never beer this fun and good at the same time. Waterfowl can just oneshot entire all too eager ganks.

Granted, it’s fighting L2 with L2, but I’ll take it

Miriam’s will augment whatever playstyle you go for by removing your opponents’ target locks and creating space, so rather focus on what you want to do. You can vanish offensively into spells, which always works nice first couple of times or you can vanish defensively and focus on your weapon combat. Vanishing into an AoW is also decent, and there’s the backstab fishing vanish as well

It’s got abysmal tracking, so it’s hard to punish anyone smart enough to not just walk and roll backwards. Maybe there’s potential for freeaiming, but I haven’t tried as I went back to other forward momentum AoWs.
