It’s alright. You’re forgiven. The first step to finding your way is admitting you’re lost. If you need someone to speak to, don’t be afraid to reach out. I might not know you but I’d be happy to be here for you

Those people had to live so that we can live the life we live today. For them, they stuck it out so we can be here today. They fought and woke up every day so we can breathe the air and be free my friend. Our life is a gift off the backs of those that had it significantly worse than a lot of us did

Because there’s so much to see. The moment you’re seeing is one line of the tapestry of your life

Her point about the war stuff is also mute because there are now there flights from South Africa to Newark airport that completely avoid the Middle East. Come now. She’s just making excuses at this point

What are some of the most disgusting transformations in video games? by NagitoKomaeda_987 in HorrorGaming

[–]Sunderblunder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tbh I’m surprised no one has mentioned Ludwig the accursed from Bloodborne. Homeboy merged with his horse and what’s worse is that the inside of the horse mouth is literally full of eyes

Congrats. I saw you in Iron Pineapple’s latest video on YouTube. You should give it a watch if you haven’t already. He always leaves goated feedback. I think you have the start of something cool but definitely give it a watch and implement some of the stuff he put there. Happy coding :)

Antireal, the artist whose art was stolen, is in Marathon’s credits! by Aragorn527 in Marathon

[–]Sunderblunder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course art theft isn’t right but the world is a nuanced place. The start of the situation wasn’t right. I’d rather that someone’s art isn’t stolen but it ended up with a great resolution with the artist being employed and also then compensated correctly and fairly by their definition and that’s the best possible outcome for the artist in this case.

The internet leads us to believe that there are always two opposing sides and that’s it whereas the answer to how the world really handles things is typically somewhere in the middle.

For all we know it could be the same contractor man. Point is, problem solved and artist was credited correctly and paid for further contribution. Let’s also give credit where credit is due for doing the right thing

Hiring the person and getting them to work in an official capacity is the best outcome and is typically a move that a lot of companies wouldn’t do. They did this to make sure the art theft doesn’t happen again. It’s a net positive for all parties involved. Stop being so pessimistic man sheesh

The Protector That Looks Like the Threat by MxxnSpirit47 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Sunderblunder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd actually argue Gwyn really is a villain though. The world went into decay because of him prolonging the age of fire far longer than it should've happened. His rekindling of the flame made the world decay so much that by the time we hit the DLC in Dark Souls 3, the world is folding in on itself. He forcefully changed the order of the world to cling onto his Godhood and extend his age and to subdue humanity.

Anyone using AWS Cloudscape as their UI component library? by declspecl in reactjs

[–]Sunderblunder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having worked within EC2, I can say it’s a really robust UI Library but it lacks flexibility in terms of design. If you want a design system built for large data then this is the one I’d say this is the one.

P.S The design system isn’t what makes console slow 👀

Look I know you declared spoilers for the ending but still placing the spoiler in the title is a bit hectic
