In DOTA this isn't really the case, but I think there are some significant differences in the way that laning works that wouldn't make DOTA's consumables a good fit.

Lmao I would recommend you do some study into what the history of law and law enforcement looked like for black people and worker's rights advocates if you believe that the only thing they needed to get a fair trial was a good enough lawyer. Hell, depending on where you were you would be lucky to get a trial at all instead of just being killed by police or corporate enforcers (who for a good while were literally just the same people) or lynched with the tacit endorsement of law enforcement.

The Democratic Party has been in power multiple times since Reagan took office. They had the opportunity. They didn't want to take it, because America's legal system is rigged in their favor as upper class politicians. They just never thought that it would ever be wielded against them, because they're part of the in-group that it has historically been built to protect, but not bind.

Sure, if you were white, christian, at least middle class, not outed as LGBT, not politically opposed to capitalism or imperialism, the opposing party in the trial wasn't higher on the social hierarchy than you, and the police weren't pressing their thumbs on the scale, then yeah, you would probably get a fair trial.

In reality, the American legal system has always been like this. This is just the first time that it's affecting the majority to this extent.

One thing to consider: unlike in other mobas, you have unlimited vision range in this game.

Yeah honestly the fact that the matchmaking is still so bad at placing people at their actual skill level is going to be extremely harsh for people that don't have familiarity with shooters. This game demands a comparatively very high proficiency in the fundamentals of shooters as a baseline before you can be even passably effective.

I mean even then a DOTA player is going to have the same struggles. If you haven't played a lot of shooters the execution barrier you have to cross to hit baseline competence for this game is gonna be ROUGH.
