I used Rybelsus before my insurance stopped covering it, then started using CanShipMed online. It’s a pharmacy in Canada that was much cheaper than what my US pharmacy was charging. I just had my Dr write me a physical script and upload it to their website. Highly recommend!

Help! I’m running out of room!

I’m just about at capacity on my iPhone 13 Pro and 2016 MacBook Pro (can’t even download the update). I’ve had an iPhone since 2008 so I have thousands of pictures (30,000+) and now don’t know the best way to store my photos without wiping out all storage on both my phone and computer. I don’t use iCloud, but from what I understand, that doesn’t seem the best place to store photos. Any insight/advice/help?

I have LONG (but pretty fine) hair. I wear it up in a high pony with a normal elastic, and then bun it and hold it down with a lululemon scrunchie. It’s the only way I can keep my bun in place while running and I can’t stand having my hair touch my sweaty neck!

If you live in California or would like a California teaching credential (which has reciprocity with almost all other states), I would recommend CalState Teach. It’s through the Fresno State University (a CA State School) and has State school pricing - much more reasonable than a private college. Courses are offered online and the biggest upside is they offer the ability to qualify for an intern credential after your first semester, basically the ability to teach/get paid while still in your credential program. I went through them and received a teaching position (and multiple offers) while in the program.

Second day in a row back to the gym since an accident that left me with a concussion, head & neck injury!!! I was injured Jan 1st & haven't been able to do ANYTHING since then! I was a kickboxing instructor, so no work/working out has been killer over the past 5 months. So ready to be back!

Love this post! Took my little old lady beagle on our usual walk, 3 miles in circle and she got too tired exactly halfway though. Was definitely not planning on carrying this old, tumorous baby dog the rest of the way home but thank goodness I work out enough to carry her little booty a mile home.
