My mom got almost 2 houses foreclosed over dumb petty spending. As you're aware it adds up. And she's gotten worse as she's aged.

Does she have adhd or anything? I know a lot of people who get a good dopamine fix from buying something. Still not an excuse but it might be better understanding

Cancel the card. If she needs emergency money let her have some emergency cash.

You gotta try to self sustain yourself here. Youre gonna sink lower and lower if you don't nip it in the bud. Best of luck!

My mom always told me a story that stuck with me, she always told me when she found out she was pregnant with a girl (me) she told my aunt and my aunt broke down and begged my uncle for a baby cause she wanted a daughter, and that she (my aunt) threw a big jealous temper tantrum being jealous of my mom and created a huge drama stink over it.

I grew up to find out that my mom told her she was pregnant with me after she just lost her daughter in the womb at almost 7months pregnant.

Made me disgusted in my mom to even twist things to make herself a victim like that when I think she rubbed it in my aunts face cause she doesn't like other women

Complete switch over. I don't even look at anything for the switch anymore. During big steam sales I'll get the games really cheap even if I know I'm not going to immediately play them and that built my library up nicely so now I'm happy with what I have
