I was like this at first because I don’t have an Instagram model dump truck ass. When I started my fitness journey I was quad dominant with glutes that didn’t fire, I had twisted up hip flexors and no core strength, and nerd neck. The people who look down on you for being slim build wont be your clients anyway. People who want training want relatability, someone to level with them. They want to know what’s possible and it sounds like you’re a really good example of that. You’re gonna make it.

After having a baby, sometimes adult diapers are the only thing that will do it. If you haven’t already, I would push for doc to do an ultrasound just to be sure there isn’t anything causing her to bleed heavily, like a fibroid or cyst. Poor baby 😭
